Our Friends rarely prophesy.  If they do, please pay close attention, because this is always spontaneous information they have reason for offering.

The format of a session is greeting, then question & answer.  We make a date, usually by phone, and you call at the appointed time.  I record the conversation and email you an audio file.  Because I have chosen to retain almost no memories of the sessions,  it is a gift to spend a little time getting to know you.  If you prefer to dive into the session, that too is fine.

When Our Friends “come in,” they will greet you.  Next, they will either start speaking with you immediately or they will ask for your questions.  When they simply speak, your energy is open and what you are working on or with is very clear.  When you are reticent, nervous,  or deeply distressed and afraid, they may ask for a question as a way of opening your energy.  Either way, they will talk openly and extensively about what they see in you.  Many of your questions (even questions you didn’t think to ask) will be answered before you ask them.  Our Friends are deeply loving, compassionate, kind and accepting.  You are safe with them.

Our Friends can access ancestors, family, friends, and guides in this life or beyond this life.   They help people with and through medical situations, as an adjunct to the medical care you choose.

I recommend that you write out your questions in advance, as many people say that once Our Friends come in, they forget their questions.
