 Aligning the Body to Wellness

Bodily nourishment and pleasure:  What deeply nourishes, and therefore brings happiness to, the body and the bodysoul has a great deal to do with wellness.

Your bodies deal with a great deal of complexity in your world and your time.  They are generally made to be a specific manifestation of your Essence as it is coming into this particular place and time to express.  Your Essence is like a prism.  When you come into a lifetime, you are choosing to refract the Light of your Essence through a particular facet of that prism.  Your body is built and designed to help you manifest that particular rainbow of Light in a given lifetime.  It is much more than a partnership.  It’s not so much the joining of two, body and soul, or body and Essence, but they are one in a sense.  Your body is exuded from your Essence and the Oneness of Creation.  It is a very specific, beautiful manifestation.

And when you come into this life, you come through the process of being gestated in your mother’s womb.  In that process you begin to be introduced to, and your body begins to be introduced to, the impact of thoughts and feelings.  You are also impacted by the specific DNA – not just the genetic inheritance, but the energetic and emotional inheritance, because what is not yet fully recognized is that there is an emotional and energetic imprint to your DNA as well as to physical body.  These things come in; they are bit like information to the soul, to the embodiment in a given lifetime when you are in the womb and gestating.  And then of course you emerge, and you are then affected by and imprinted by the many the experiences and emotions of childhood and growing up.  All of this becomes part of what is being worked with in you, as you, in this life.

And then your body is also very much “ashes to ashes, dust to dust.”  It is very much of the Earth.  You are made of dirt and stardust.  What impacts the earth is going to impact your bodies.  One of the things to remember at this time, on this planet, is that human bodies are as impacted by the toxins to the earth — the things that have occurred through human choice and through those you would consider nature’s occurrences.  Each body is unique and is going to be affected and impacted differently.

It is the “I” part of you that thinks of yourself as an “I.” The “I’ who thinks “This is my body” is not much in control.  The bodysoul is an ongoing occurrence and emergence; it is interweaving and inter-breathing with all we have described.  It is sort of its own kind of organism.  The everyday “I” can commune with the bodysoul, can be present with it, can sort of engage and interweave with it, but the “I” does not have the control the “I” would like to have.

And so we say that in terms of wellness, there are the things you know about eating foods that are healthy, there is working your body and breathing and these things.  Yet, the bodysoul needs more than anything the nourishment of resting back; what we would describe as a backflip into your body and into your Being that comes about through deep meditation, through rooting and grounding.

Oftentimes when people think about rooting and grounding, they are thinking about it.  When we speak of it, we call it a back flip into the body, because it is like when you do a backflip into the water.  You go into the water and the water completely surrounds you.  It is similar with really rooting and grounding.  It does not come from the mind; it comes from a deep backflip to experience the body from the inside, as an underwater swimmer experiences the water, and in that having a sense of connection and communion to the body, the cells, the bones, the blood, the earth, and the Spirit that enlivens them all, very deeply.

Wellness comes through deep rooting, through the nourishment of soul that comes through breathing deeply and fully, and the moving of energy, the moving of emotion.  In much of your world today, there is not a natural movement of emotion.  By that, we don’t mean venting or expressing every emotion to another person.  We mean the ability to be fully present — in that backflip way — to the feelings, the felt sense of what is arising within the body, whether or not it makes sense to the mind, whether or not it is comfortable, whether or not it is even recognized for exactly what it is.  The ability to keep the breath open from the very top of the head to the very deepest places in the belly, to feel the block or holding or contraction when it catches in certain places, to be able to be loving with that, be compassionate and accepting with it, and to continue to relax around it, to inquire of it, to breathe and work with it until it releases.  Sometimes that means sitting in meditation, sometimes in deep breathing; sometimes it means working the body hard physically to move energy and move emotion, or even to scream or to yell into a pillow.  Sometimes it means to go to the art studio, the art place, where the energy can move through the experience of creative expression and be released, sometimes without a lot of conscious awareness at all, because the very act of being in the creative process moves so much energy that a great deal goes with it, and so it is cleansing on its own.

All of these things are very much about wellness and the body.  In your culture and your world, there is so much holding; there is much contraction, much attempting to put the soul aside. Your culture tends to want to bring things to stillness, to contraction, to control.  This creates a rigidity that can create tightness in the body, which leads to various kinds of suffering.   It is a great learning how to bring your soul, your Essence’s expression in this lifetime, into your everyday life and each everyday moment.  It is very challenging and difficult.  Your culture and the ways your world works do not make it easier, and yet it is very possible to grow in this.  This level of ensoulment and presence brings wellness to your body. Real wellness comes more than anything when the soul is fully present, attended to, activated, and honored. Then all embodied energies are ever in motion, ever breathing as in Creation, where everything is always in movement like the waves upon the shore.

Greetings from Christchurch, New Zealand!

I am very pleased to be able to share with you the new Earth Shift Meditation video series that I’ve just uploaded to YouTube.  Feedback so far, suggests that these videos transduce catalytic vibrational frequencies that can help us all to connect our hearts more deeply to the Earth and spiritual energies, so I invite you view them in quiet surroundings, at a time when you can enter easily into a deeper, meditative space.

They tell the story of what I’ve been learning from the Earth experientially this past 9 months while living in my van on the South Island of New Zealand.   The videos are quite short. It only takes about a half an hour to view the whole series of 6.  Last year’s Earth’s Gifts video series , is now available on YouTube as well.

These are magical times for owning and expressing our creative abilities and claiming our power in all areas of our lives.  What an extraordinary opportunity we now have to join with Gaia to help co-create the New Earth!  With that in mind I have set up a blog site, EarthSong Network Share, and I would so love to have each one of you visit the site and share at least one of the magical moments you, yourself have had communing with the Earth.

I’ve been very blessed the past couple of years to have been able to spend lots of time in very pristine locations here in New Zealand, doing my EarthSong earth energy work and creating these videos.   I am tremendously grateful to all of the many physical and non-physical beings, energies and entities that have contributed to the creation of this series, so generously supporting my work in a multitude of ways.  This has truly been a multi-dimensional project!

Destiny…Eternity & Time…Human Purpose and Awakening

Destiny, well, that is an interesting word.  It is not one we consider to have a lot of reality, because destiny implies that events in time, beyond this moment, are already there in a concrete way and not to be changed, whereas each moment is actually the edge of a wave, and the wave is always moving forward.  Yet it is not where it’s going to be until it gets there.

Eternity is within the wave, so it is in the moment.  It is in every moment.  Eternity resides within the moment even though moments exist within time.  The wave is part of the ocean; the ocean is eternity; the wave is time.  The wave cannot exist without the ocean; time cannot exist without eternity.  Time seems to be separate, yet is contained within eternity and contains eternity within it.  You cannot know how high the wave is going to go, how much spray it is going to throw, or how far it is going to travel before it falls back into the sea or onto the beach.  You cannot tell in advance.  And so, in that sense, we would say, there is no destiny.

We think when people speak of destiny, it is partly with a sense of dread (because they are afraid theirs is a bad one,) and partly with a sense of wanting assurance or wanting control, wanting to feel that things can be known, understood, explained way out in front of them, so that choosing their next step feels not quite so much a step into the void.  In reality, in one sense it is never into a void; in another sense it always is.  It is mystery, which is very beautiful.

The ocean is also what you might call G-d.  We would call it more closely “the ground of all Being,” and it creates every wave.  The wave can be a person or an animal, planets or universes, all you know of and all you have not the ability to know of within this creation.  It is all within this One Being.  Each wave contains within it that One Being and yet is also something unique, having its own expression for a time, before it falls back into the ocean that it has never really left.  There is Creative Impulse: just as the ocean has to keep making waves, the Being of what you call G-d, that force, is ever-moving, and that movement is endlessly creative and extending, that creativity is limitless and ever-expansive.  So each wave is unique and new, never been before and never will be again, and yet is also coming from that which always was, is, and will always be.  It seems to be a paradox, but really it’s not.  It is an on-going exploration, expression, creativity; it is a process filled with joy and filled with love that is infinitely, infinitely creative.

As human beings, you know it as like when an artist has to create something.  First she has to choose a medium.  She can’t do glass and clay and metal and oils and pastels and fiber, all of that and all the techniques that go with them.  She has to choose, “Alright, I’m going to work in clay.”  By choosing that medium, she chooses a set of what you think of as limitations: the clay, the instruments of the clay, what you can and cannot do with clay.  These seeming limitations create a container within which she can create something totally new.  This is what your physical world is; it is an art form, a certain medium for Creativity, the creativity of Creation, to pour through.  In order to create something new, you have to also create a container.

So it is when you are developing a relationship with your beloved.  The two of you together create some agreements.  You have to create a container that you both hold, honor and care for in order to give birth to, nurture and nourish this new thing, this new Being, you are building together, which is your relationship.  You have things you keep out of it and things you keep in.  You grow that container by your choices.

This whole world, these physical bodies, and these lives that you live, they have what you think of as limitations.  Very often in culture, thinking and religion there is the desire to struggle against these limitations and try to transcend them or overcome them, but that’s not really what you are here to do.  You are here to become them not overcome them.  You are here to fully experience what it is like to have a physical body and live in a physical plane; in essence to live in Eden and create Eden of it, which is a big challenge for humanity.  It is very possible that human beings could accept the task, saying “We have been given this beautiful, beautiful planet that is, of and by itself, an Eden.  And we, by our contributions and our care, by our stewardship, can nourish it into an even greater Eden on which all human beings and all creatures can live in harmony.  We can truly have the Garden of Eden…not as it was originally given to us, but as something even more, because we have entered into it.  We have joined with it, and we have grown something even more beautiful.”

In that, you become fully embodied, fully en-souled body.  In that you become that which the Creation Process desires. All your spiritual teachers are seeking, are trying to teach, this full entering into.  A lot of your teachings get confused, and they often mislead, but the ultimate desire is to be here, to be in the body, to be in this place and to fully embrace it, to grow it and build it, to be part of the Creation yourselves and fully come into that.  When that happens asb humanity, there will be an awakening.

You talk very often about a global awakening, and it will happen.  But it will not happen until all of humanity has turned their energies to this knowledge as One humanity.  Just as all of the ants in the anthill work for the benefit of the hill, and all of the bees in the hive work for the benefit of the hive, just so all of humanity will work for the benefit of the whole planet.  And you will see yourselves as the worker bees tending to the health of the Earth and then thriving off the honey She produces.  When that happens, there will truly be a new awakening, but it will be an awakening that no human conversation has ever been able to articulate.  You will all, in a sense, become one with the earth, and the earth become one again with the ocean; you will be new consciousnesses, and then one new consciousness, and then an even greater reemerging within the consciousness of what you call G-d.  You will have created something new, and it will go on and on; it will transform and transform and transform, create more and create new, constantly be the edge of the wave, beyond G-d’s imagining,  because G-d isn’t imagining it (that would be Destiny;) G-d is Being it, creating it, and you are part of that Being it and creating it.

Our Friends Response to Catastrophic Predictions:  June 2010

 Fear wants a reason to exist; it creates a story to justify its own existence

To assume a fearful outcome is to assume an unkind and unloving intent on the part of the earth and Creation. 

 Fear wants a reason to exist; it creates a story to justify its own existence.  The more fear presented, the bigger the story needs to be in order to justify and feed that fear.  Images of doom and destruction arise out of fear: individual and collective fear that imagination is feeding upon, creating a story that seems very real.  We do not predict catastrophe, worm holes, global electromagnetic madness for many reasons.  Doing so would do no positive good in the world, and that is the whole point of Being.  Also, to predict anything is not in alignment with Creation’s process.  It’s like salmon swimming upstream; try to predict and follow the course of one salmon, and you are going to lose sight of it in no time, because there are thousands of them.  You simply can’t do it.  The energies are so many and moving so fast, in so many directions; so much is happening. 

 To predict is to try to control; it is the antithesis of how Creation works.  To assume a fearful outcome is to assume an unkind and unloving intent on the part of the earth and Creation.  This has more to do with a human feeling of helplessness. 

 Fear separates you from the very solution you seek.   It leads you to struggle for a level of control that you do not have, and it does so by looking outside your own essence and presence, which is the only “place” where you truly exist at all.  It is only here that you hold your awareness with Creation, with the loving, infinitely creative essence that lies at the core of all creation.  Such is the Being of the Creator; such is the Being of you.  In surrender and honoring, listening and heeding, in movement out of that, you have control, never through blaming, fear, or anger.  Creation, even your known Universe, does not operate like this; fear, anger, blame, these are nullifying energies, never creating energies. 

Those who are waiting for, and believe they desire, a big event, a dramatic shift toward something “else,” something new that they imagine to be more wonderful than what you have now, are missing the fact that you live in a true Eden now. Those who imagine that all the others will disappear, leaving the “good people” to a better world, are very confused about the Creation, about the art form of Creation that is this world, about who you are as humanity. 

 Imagining and waiting for a great “shift” is really a savior concept that has to do with presumed “goodness” vs. presumed “wrongness.”  This concept of reward and punishment is a strong thread, tangled deep in human consciousness across most of the earth.  It emerges over and over again in different guises, new story lines.

 And also, every story is, in a sense, true.  Those who are very devout Christians and believe they will meet their Savior when they die, will.  That is a true story to them.  People need to be very careful about the story they are attaching themselves to, because it is going to be true for them.  Do you not want the story that says “I don’t know, but I believe in the beauty behind Creation, because that’s what I see at the heart of all of it?”  Wish to experience, and hold to, the place of “Show me!” rather than the place of “I know.”  The “I know” comes from fear. What you believe you know, you will find, because Creation will not scare you as you scare yourself.  Creation is infinitely patient in its unfolding love.  If you adhere to your story, we guarantee it will be a limit, a garden wall that prevents you from seeing everything that’s in Creation.  It may be comforting, but it is confining, that garden wall of certainty. 

 You are confused in believing yourselves to be individuals, separate from one another as well as Creation, in independent bodies.  There is nothing independent in all Creation; all is within the One; all is interflowing.  There is nothing independent about your bodies; this is why you fear death.  You are creatures of this earth; these bodies were created to live here, in Eden, in an absolute beauty and perfection.  This creation was designed to be as utterly interconnected and interdependent as the whole of Creation.  It is a beautiful and loving truth of Creation.   It is wonderful. 

 As long as you are trying to escape death or escape the body, you are operating from fear.  You are running away from something, rather than moving toward something.  When you are operating from fear, you cannot be connected to Creation.  So many people feel their bodies are a trap they need to escape.  That is a very sad thing.  In truth, you are already the real Essence of you, and this can never change.    Your body is an added bonus, a temporary gift to enjoy, as is this Earth.  Move toward this gift.

 If you are worried about disaster, then it is up to you to decide how prepared you are willing to become for any sort of natural disaster.  Understand that the physical universe has its own laws; its life unfolds without malicious intent.  Everything on the web of physical being is affected, including you.  You are always loved and cared for.  Remember that who you are is so far beyond this body.  Creation cares about you.  Your body is a temporary experience; it is the jeweled container of a priceless gift. 

 The evolution of Creation is rather like a painting or a piece of art.  You don’t just go “splat” and it’s done.  It’s a process; it evolves; it emerges.  There is always that impulse to move further and push farther, to grow.  Growth, from the deepest essence within each Being, each spark of Creation, is the desire and action of love at the heart of all things; it is Creation creating itself always. 

 Those who hopefully await a sudden shift are scared, trapped in a new version of an old story.  It is a child’s wish to have all that is difficult removed so the child can be at peace.  You are not children.  You are sovereign beings. 

Regardless how many stories you create of salvation from afar, peace is never going to happen by the action of some power greater than yourselves, because this would deny who you are as sovereign Beings of Creation.  As sunbeams of the sun, you are creators of the Creation along with all of Creation.  You must be the incarnation; it cannot be done to or for you.  And you all will do it.  You are not G-d, but you are that spark of the Divine come to emerge into this world fully.  That is your task in any given life; to wait for the miracle is to disavow the reason you’re here. 

 Not knowing how to be more fully embodied, not knowing how to incarnate, the feeling of vulnerability is enormous.  Incarnation requires choice moment to moment; it requires work.  It asks each human to do his or her own work, the nitty gritty work of inner cleansing through focus and choice.  It asks you to look at your thoughts, your emotions, feelings in your body, all that needs to be cleared.   Peace resides within you and between you at any moment; it is for you to achieve.  This is being and becoming the core of your Being and embodiment.

 It is very easy to get off into a side track of some kind of fear.  It is an issue and a question for every human being.

 There is a balance, a place of awareness.  We are asking that you keep your focus on a place human beings have not been much accustomed to focusing on: recognition of the beauty and the love that is at the core of life.  When you look at a sunset or a tree, or love another human being…everything that is truly core is coming from love and beauty.  Recognize that this must be what Creation and the creative impulse is at the heart of everything.  Everything else is some kind of picture and process within that creation.  Trust the beauty and love impulse that is core.  Hold the thread of your awareness and choosing on that, rather than getting attached to any of the images that out-picture, or seem to out-picture, in the world.  In so doing, you become the peace you seek.  As you are, so you give.  Be peace to bring peace.

Will we “be saved?”

A friend wrote asking what I “was getting” after receiving an email relating how a “galactic Federation” were on the brink of interfering with humanity and saving the Earth…at least that was rather the gist of it.  I did not know how to respond, so I asked.  This is what came through.  I just reread it after putting it aside for a week or so, and found it so clear and consistent in its message that I have to post it.

With respect to all…Stephanie

Ultimately, the only saving there is to do, you must do yourselves.  Not enmasse, not through attacking and blaming another, any other, or others, but to realize that you are so deeply connected that no one of you does anything, no organization is formed, no evil done, without some participation and acceptance by you all.  You quest is not to wait for someone “from the sky” to come save you, individually or as a whole; it is not the try to escape by leaving this earth or your home, retreating to some other life in another place with or without a body.  You are here, and you chose to be here.  You chose to be part of this earth and these times.  You are not separate.

And this is not about “good” and “bad.”  You are not good to “their” bad.  They are not bad to “your” good.  You are one humanity.  Ironically, the only way you are going to heal and rise is through your singularity as human beings operating together individually.  This will make the change. 

The change must and can only come from within each of you, from within your deepest heart and percolating up to your every thought, every word, every value, every action, every choice.  This is hard work.  This is THE work.  When you go march on Wall Street, or any other, then spend your money on food that has been grown in poisons, when you spread those poisons on your lawn, when you buy items without knowing who made them or how that worker was treated, especially when you buy them having a good idea that another human being was misused in the process…in these choices and actions, you are the one you march against.  When you disrespect your husband, wife, friend. when you are unkind to a stranger, or judge another without truly knowing their situation or struggles, when you overlook a child or an animal, when you are less than present in your life and the moment, these things are the “crime.”  These actions, this lack of valuing, expresses greed.  And greed is at the core of what you wish to rally against.  And at the core of that greed is fear…fear of survival, so exquisitely human an emotion. 

What do you cling to?  How do you make excuses to hold tighter to your portion, rather than opening your hands and sharing with others?  What are the excuses you give for claiming a poverty that is not true, for claiming that you “deserve” and “earned” all you have and therefore should not have to be more generous?  What are the excuses you make for your greed?  You are the one you wish to Occupy against.

Those you march against on Wall Street did not do this all alone, they did not do this “to you.”  You were there; you were complicit.  You are complicit every time you take without thought, or make excuses for holding rather than sharing.  In how many ways do you feel entitled?  While you may “have less” than those whose millions condemn them for their greed and dishonesty, have you not envied them their money and things, have you not in your turn run to “get” you share through investing and other monied ways, have you not relished when you have “made money on a deal?”  These actions, and these values are exactly the same as those you now condemn.  You are arguing about size, not true value, not true ethics, not spiritual truth. 

Each human being must heal and change and transform within him and herself for this world to change, to transform as you vision.  While there are many who support, assist, and care…protect and prevent major disaster, “they” will not save you. 

It is you, you wait for.  It is the bringing forth of the Spirit that longs through you.  The body and psyche you are was created as a perfect match for the Spirit that longs to live within and through this form.  It is your task, that survival-fearing “small” you, to learn to be still, to open, to let go, to surrender, to not know, and so to allow the greater Spirit to live through you…without the “ego” of small self.  Thus all the gifts of your body, mind, and heart with be activated fully, and all that can be brought to life through the vehicle of your life will flow forth. 

This has nothing to do with money, or social/cultural success.  These outward signs bear little relation to the true living of life and the true bringing forth of your gifts. 

When you hear words that cause or seek to instill fear, guilt, blame, shame and other such beliefs, know you are not hearing wisdom or the gifts of Creation. 

Know that the workings of Creation are not heirarchical.  Creation and the Creator is more like a great web.

Know too that you, individually and as humanity, are both more and less important than you imagine yourselves to be.  Know that you do not know your place and value in Creation.  Seek instead to learn, not with assumptions of superior intelligence, sentience, or the like.  Your world view still largely assumes the primacy of human importance in all things.  You are part of the web. There is ultimately no greater or lesser, yet too you are not G-d, but G-d is you.  Until you begin to understand what this means and surrender to it, you will continue to seek with your ego, with your survival-based self; the part of you that dies and so lives in fear.  The greater Spirit that longs to live with, through and as you, knows there is no death, only a shift and change…knows too that this life is like one day’s weather, death but one night’s sunset, birth but one day’s sunrise…each beautiful, but if you stay to elongate the experience, it will not stay with you and you will exist always in a state of disappointment, fear and anxiety.  You will miss every other sunrise and sunset that exists, and that is a true grief. 

Just as Creation is a web, so too is this earth.  And human is part of the earthen web.  You were given your role, your place, in the web.  You were given your kind of consciousness just as you were given your kind of physical sight, so different from the way the owl or the whale sees or “thinks”, yet each sovereign and vital to this earth.  One is not less, the other more.  They are each part of the infinity of variety created for this unique experience of G-d. 

There are conscious Beings on and off this planet who are much more deeply attuned and connected to the cosmic voices, much more deeply able to assist and support what is needed for this earth.  The earth does not need you to “help” her; she needs you to stop hurting her.  This means each of you…in very concrete ways.  There is not one of you reading these words who can, if you knew the truth, look in the mirror and say “I am innocent of hurting this earth, and I am innocent of greed.  It is only those others who do these things.” 

We do not say this to place blame or to cause guilt, but rather in hopes of waking you up to start looking in the correct direction for the change you wish to see.  That direction is within, within your heart to be kind in each moment, and in that kindness to consider the life of every other living thing — on this planet and through this universe — when you make your decisions.  When you have a judgmental thought of another, it is to stop and realize it.  Not to whip yourself for it, but to simply say “I am wrong.”  And mean it.  Know that you are wrong…not only for judging, but for whatever your judgment is.  It is not enough to think “Oh, I shouldn’t have judged that person…but I know I’m right.”  What is “right” is to know that whatever your judgment, you do not know the whole story, you do not know who this person is.  To know that if you understood this person utterly, you would feel kindness and compassion even if you found you needed to say “no” to their behaviors and influences.  It is a very different way of being, and it is little, little known among humans. 

To the extent you believe you are free of ego, know you are ego bound.  Those who most profoundly work to be free of ego are those who are most aware of the activity of their ego.  Ego is for the survival of the body.  So long as you have a body, it will be with you.  The goal is not to be rid of your ego but to understand how it functions and able to observe it such that you are not controlled by it and allowing it to extend beyond its purposeful bounds.  This is much easier to achieve when one is placed within a context that supplies one’s physical needs.  Yet it is essential that ultimately humans achieve this balance at all times. 

Those who are looking for outside influences to come and save humanity are assuming that humanity is the most important aspect of this Creation that is Earth.  We would say that their reaching for this assurance that a savior will appear is both a mistaken assumption of centrality, an expression of the human ego’s feeling of being very small and vulnerable (as a human would feel when faced with a saber-toothed tiger…as a mouse to a cat,) and an expression of long-held spiritual mythology that you will be saved by another rather than need to do it your selves. 

We are not saying that there are not forces and Beings who are connected with and working to serve and protect this Earth.  We are saying that they are not here to save humanity but to work with the Earth-Gaia in the evolution and unfolding she is involved in.  Humans are a small part of that, but they are not the all of it.  It is the feeling of being ants under the feet of elephants that causes the fear and fantasy that there must be another who will come to save you.  Ultimately, your growth as an aspect of Creation resides in doing the work of coming into balance from within.  This means within each of you and within humanity as a whole.  This means within your own heart, mind, soul, and body, as well as within the heart, mind, soul, and body of humanity.  This means treating yourself: body, heart, mind, and soul, as the sacred Temple of the Creator, as indeed you are.  This means recognizing that you are not the only vessel of the Creator, but that every creature and creation is a vessel and expression of the Creator and Creation as fully and completely, and Holy as yourself, as humanity.

Prayer: Earth and Water

Gaia's Womb...

As you pray for the Earth, pray for the water. 

Pray for the water of your body before you eat…and the water of your food…that the water of your body be cleansed and nourished by the water of the food, that the waters you breathe out with each breath are purified as they pass through you, that your body be purified by the waters, that all the waters of the planet be pure. 

Send love to the waters of your own body as well as to the planet.  All waters are one water-body on this planet, as all water is endlessly recycled through the breath…breath of ocean tides, breath of clouds rising and falling again to earth, breath of your body, in and out…all is a constant circuit of life renewing: blessing, cleansing, healing, bringing new life. 

There is no life on this planet without water.  Every cell of every thing is mainly water.  Water carries energies and properties we have yet to imagine much less comprehend.  Bless and pray for the water. 

As you start with what is closest to home…your own body, you begin in your own root here on Earth.  It is important to always start here…with your own root, your own body.  Only from your rooted body, self, and place on Earth can you send forth powerful healing.  The healing is as much in your recognition of oneness and dependence as it is in your “sending” and intention. 

Be thankful, be loving, be kind…and send smiles and loving peace to your own waters and all the waters of the Earth through the endless recycling of which your breath is an integral part.  In this oneness all of Gaia is together.  In it there is healing and health.

Gift Received…

My thanks to Leslie for the letter below, which she sent out today.  Sometimes reading Our Friends words through other people’s eyes gives me new appreciation.  So it was today.

My life has been rather busy recently, and I have not had time to get a new post completed.  I hope to do so very soon.  Inspiration rises with the return of the sun in our parts.  I hope spring is blessing you.  Stephanie

Since I got the green light from Immigration, I have been listening to some of the many recorded sessions I have had with Stephanie Nead and Our Friends during the last 12 years or so.  I don’t know what I would have done without their insights, explanations and loving support to make extremely huge changes in my life during those years, realigning my outer world to better match the essence of who I truly am.

Earth, Water & Fire Glory

Hello, all you beautiful people!

I feel extremely blessed at this moment sitting here in Dunedin as I have been watching the devastation in Christchurch on TV.  I am about 5 hours south of Christchurch and had been planning on leaving for that city in two days to meet Leanne at the airport. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling the brief roll of an earthquake, and the strong impression of the Christchurch airport being closed and of me canceling my trip up north.
However, when I talked to the other people here where I’m living, neither of them had felt anything.  I went on to the NZ earthquake tracking website and it didn’t show any earthquake activity during the middle of the night.  I still felt very strongly that I was being guided not to go to Christchurch and though I knew it would make it extremely difficult for Leanne to get around when she arrived, I sent her an email telling her about my personal internal earthquake and that I felt I had to follow my guidance and wouldn’t be meeting her in Christchurch after all.
I sent this off about 3 or 4 hours before the 6.3 earthquake hit, doing so much damage, closing the airport.  When I heard about the quake it validated my following my intuition, even when the outer events didn’t support what I was being made aware of.
I deeply appreciate those of you who have communicated your concern for my welfare and want you all to know that I’m just fine and dandy.  I have texted my friends in Christchurch and as of the first earthquake they are still OK.  The news broadcasts have shared many stories on the TV.  One precious one was about an elderly woman who was totally disoriented walking up to a policeman and getting a hug (people were downtown and their cars were crushed under piles of rubble, cells phones not working, phones lines down and they had no way to get home or find out if their loved ones were OK and were wandering around in a daze, not know what to do).  
I know from the core of me that sending loving energy to the Earth (and to the little pieces of Earth walking around in human form), is terribly important for all of us to being doing right now and for the foreseeable future. Particularly in groups.  I invite you once again to sing to the Earth!  Talk to the Earth!  Bless her with your prayers and love!  And LISTEN when she/your inner guidance speaks to you about where to go and what to do!  Hold a picture of the Earth in all her magnificence and immense beauty and perfection deeply in your mind and heart.

Winter Solstice Lunar Eclipse &…

Moon Shadow and Sun reflection...deep blessings of Creations energy...

There is much talk about 2012, and much talk about this solstice, with its conjoining lunar eclipse.

I think being blessed with an imagination is, at times, a problem. Or perhaps it is simply our huge human ego, which, despite all evidence to the contrary, still wants our human existence in the Cosmos and in God to be the purpose, center & meaning to both.

So many huge spiritual and astrological dates have come and gone, and lo, little has changed. I’m not saying the energetic events are not huge; I am saying that humans are not the focus or purpose of them.

Creation and God have much more profound, powerful, & extensive foci and purposes than we will ever know while here. What ripples to us of these events and gifts are the tiniest ripples, long dissipated by the much larger waters within which we live and have our being as humans. When it hits us like a black hole, we’ll only know that…we still won’t grok the enormity and meaning of it to Creation and God.

We need to engage, to work with the flow of Creation’s evolution…and for this reason alone. To do this we must disengage our egos; this will also disengage our fear, whose existence only inhibits our ability to commune, connect and be of service — in our small way — to Creation and God.

 It’s not about us. We are sunbeams of the sun.

Perhaps we might start by writing our own autobiography from this moment forward, each of us living the best of ourselves — the highest self we know is within us — in action in the world. Write how we have manifested this in our life as though looking back from 20 or 30 years hence.

Like writing the lists we might use to vision and manifest a new home, we can reach forward and connect with our best life by putting it on paper and then moving toward it with action.

It’s not just what we think and feel, it’s how we act in the world that matters. How do I contribute to the best that I dream?  What are my gifts to bring?  How do my joys apply? 

As the earth shifts, physically and energetically, as the moon illuminates this transition from darkness into light with great clarity, may we take time to breathe it in, to witness it, to sing with the moon, the dark and the light.  May we use this night to turn our energies toward living, in action, the best life we possess inside, the life that yearns to come forth, unique to each soul, into this waiting Gaean Earth. 

 May your darkness nurture you, may your light bless you.  May both, equally, awaken you.  Stephanie
