When I first attended Stephanie’s group sessions I was skeptical.   What I found, not only from listening to the messages for me, but also from listening to messages directed more generally, or in response to questions from others, was that the answers seemed designed to raise our level of awareness.   The general responses seemed designed to have us collectively look at events in our lives, or on the planet, from a broader (higher?) perspective, so that we could more clearly separate the important and significant circumstances from the unimportant (even if highly activating) circumstances.  

In answer to people’s specific questions, the advice essentially consisted of encouraging people to know and follow their dreams, their deepest hearts’ desires, rather than getting caught in worries or doubts.   A bit of specific advice to me had to do with doubts about a new relationship.  What was offered was, “It’s what he does, not what he says .”  That sounded to me at the time as if it were a warning (not to believe sweet words) but in fact, in the long run, it proved valuable — since he ultimately came through his own period of doubt to show up fully and consciously in the relationship.
